Dejvis kup: Srbija bez Novaka za plasman dalje
Dejvis kup reprezentacije Srbije kreće u borbu za prolaz na završni turnir Dejvis kupa u Malagi. Srbija će se za prolaz grupe B, boriti bez Novaka Đokovića. Selektor, Viktor Troicki je izabrao da u Valensiju putuju: Miomir Kecmanović, Dušan Lajović, Laslo Đere, Filip Krajinović i Nikola Ćaćić.
Srbija se nalazi u grupi sa: domaćinom, Španijom, Kanadom i Južnom Korejom. Naša reprezentacija će prvo odigrati meč sa Španijom 14. Septembra, 15. Septembra protiv selekcije Južne Koreje i 17. Septembra protiv reprezentacije Kanade.
Analiza protivnika
Španija
Španija kao domaćin ima velike ambicije i sigurno žele da podignu Salataru posle završnog turnira u Malagi. Španija u borbi za prolaz dalje će se boriti bez Rafaela Nadala, ali će se na terenu pojaviti novi gren slem šampion, Karlos Alkaraz. Pored njega za tim Španije će činiti: Roberto Bautista Agut, Marsel Granoljers, Albert Ramos Vinjolas i Pedro Martinez. Za očekivati je da prva tabla tima bude Alkaraz koji igra tenis života. Jedini problem za Alkaraza može biti umor posle vrlo napornog turnira u Njujorku. Pored Karlosa za očekivati je da druga tabla bude Roberto Bautista Agut. Agut je jedan od najkonstantnijih igrača na ATP turu. Ono što se takođe očekuje je da Marsel Granoljers bude jedan od dva igrača dubla, a što se tiče drugog dela dubla ostavljamo na selektoru Brugeru.
Kanada
Reprezentacija Kanade će u oslabljenom sastavu igrati na ovom turniru. Oni će igrati bez Denisa Šapovalova, a igrači koji će predstavljati Kanadu u Dejvis kupu su: Feliks Ože Alijasim, Vasek Pospišil, Alaksis Galarno i Gabrijel Dialo. Mislim da se u Kanadi zna koje će biti prve dve table singla, a verovatno i dubla. Očekuje se da to budu Ože Alijasim i Pospišil. Ože Alijasim je i bez odsustva Šapovalova prvi pik reprezentacije Kanade. Vasek Pospišil već neko vreme nije na nivou od ranije, ali može da se nosi sa dosta drugih tabli reprezentacija.
Južna Koreja
Južna Koreja je sigurno najslabija karika ove grupe i veliki su autsajderi. Najbolji igrač i jedini igrač u TOP 100 je Sun Vu Kvon. On svojim kvalitetom ne može sam da donese pobede svojoj reprezentaciji pa zato je skoro nemoguć scenarijo da vidimo Koreju u Malagi. Selektor Park je u Valensiju poveo još i Honga, Nama i Songa.
